About Me!

Hi There! I'm Dr. Meera Iyer, an RCI-licensed Psychologist and certified Career Counsellor with over 13 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy.

My professional journey has taken me through esteemed institutions like IITD, IITB, Common Cause, and Amity University, where I've served as a student Counsellor, researcher, and faculty member.

My areas of expertise lie in addressing Internet Addiction, Child and Adolescent issues, and Marital and Couple Therapy. I specialize in supporting young adults for Peak Performance Life and Career Coaching or to overcome depression and anxiety.

Beyond client care, I provide paid internships in developing therapeutic skills and providing assistance in thesis research.
